Where time, quality and modular flexibility are important, it’s hard to beat I&M’s Fastech192 switchboard range. Building on I&M’s extensive design and manufacturing experience, Fastech192 uses a system of standardised cabinet building-blocks and type-tested busbars to ensure panels can be configured to accommodate a huge range of installation demands.
Fast, fast, fast...
These highly-adaptable building-blocks ensure Fastech192 cabinets can be designed and built very rapidly. As all Fastech192 panels are built to order, leadtimes vary depending on detailed panel specification. Yet Fastech192’s intelligent modularity means LV switchboard leadtimes start at 3 weeks.
Type tested busbar system
Fastech192 is available with busbars from 600–6300 amps, designated maintenance-free to DIN 43671. Type tested to IEC/ EN 60439-1, the system has a short circuit withstand current rating of up to 120kA/1 sec.
Modular flexibility
Main cabinets modules are configured in multiples of 192mm (a number unusual as it is divisible by a 12 different whole numbers, allowing more layout options). Top, left or right-hinged doors are available, as are lockable withdrawable units, desks, draw-out and plug-in panels. Configurable with internal separation from Form 1 to Form 4, Fastech192 enclosures are available with environmental protection up to IP54
Future-proofing
The ingenious Fastech192 concept not only reduces leadtimes, it simplifies modification and expansion of existing installations. Useful when future-proofing a new facility, this can prove invaluable in protecting against late changes in new-builds too.
Strength in depth
Fastech 192 frames are constructed from 2mm phosphated steel. The modular system has also been verified to seismic, maritime and military standards to ensure fully assembled units are robust and durable.
Lasting good looks
The standard RAL7035 powder coating finish offers excellent corrosion resistance, while the full RAL colour range is available if required.
